金磚+：BRICS plus
在金磚國(guó)家外長(zhǎng)會(huì)晤記者會(huì)上，中國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)王毅介紹了"金磚+"的概念。
At a news conference for the meeting of the BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi introduced the concept of "BRICS plus".
王毅表示，"金磚+(BRICS plus)"指的是金磚國(guó)家進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家和新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的聯(lián)絡(luò)、互動(dòng)、對(duì)話及合作(connections, interaction, dialogue and cooperation)，通過(guò)金磚國(guó)家合作更好地體現(xiàn)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的共同立場(chǎng)和集體意愿(better reflect the common ground and collective will of the developing countries)。
王毅指出，金磚合作要做新興市場(chǎng)以及發(fā)展中國(guó)家團(tuán)結(jié)合作的"助推器"(a propeller for unity and cooperation among emerging markets and developing countries)。金磚國(guó)家不僅屬于五國(guó)，更屬于所有的新興市場(chǎng)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家。我們將繼續(xù)秉持開(kāi)放、包容、合作、共贏的金磚精神(the BRICS spirit of openness, inclusiveness, cooperation and win-win)，倡導(dǎo)不同制度文化相互包容、不同發(fā)展模式互利共贏的合作模式，擴(kuò)展"朋友圈"(expand our circle of friends)和受益范圍，維護(hù)和增進(jìn)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的整體利益和福祉(enhance the overall interests and well-being of developing countries)。
王毅指出，金磚國(guó)家已經(jīng)建立了全方位、多領(lǐng)域的對(duì)話合作機(jī)制(all-round, wide-ranging dialogue and cooperation framework)，以年度領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤為引領(lǐng)，包括安全代表、外長(zhǎng)等10多個(gè)部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)晤，以及工商理事會(huì)、智庫(kù)理事會(huì)、反恐工作組、網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作組等，還在開(kāi)拓立法機(jī)構(gòu)之間的交流合作。今年是金磚國(guó)家合作發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的重要一年。作為輪值主席國(guó)(rotating presidency)，中國(guó)愿肩負(fù)起開(kāi)啟金磚國(guó)家合作第二個(gè)10年的重要使命，與其他四國(guó)一道，在協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)筑牢和充實(shí)政治安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)金融、人文交流三大合作支柱(three cooperation pillars of political security, economy and finance, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges)，積極拓展更多新興領(lǐng)域的合作(expand cooperation in more emerging areas)，同時(shí)拓展"金磚+"的對(duì)話合作模式，構(gòu)建廣泛伙伴關(guān)系，讓金磚國(guó)家合作這棵大樹(shù)更加枝繁葉茂，結(jié)出更多豐碩的果實(shí)。
